Paid Time Off

Top Shelf Collective offers eligible full and part-time employees paid time off using a substantial accrual rate that increases with each year of employment.

First Year: 3 initial days & up to 8 days
Second Year: up to 13 days
Third Year: up to 18 days
Fourth Year: up to 23 days

Saving for Your Future

Top Shelf Collective offers 401K for all regular full-time (average of 30 hours or more per week) and salaried employees after 180 days. Top Shelf Collective offers a 1-to-1 match for the first 3% of employee contributions and then a 50% match for up to a maximum 5% employee contribution.

Top Shelf Collective Funded Short-Term Disability

Aside from a third-party disability insurance, Top Shelf Collective offers a company funded short-term disability. No need to pay a monthly fee to participate. Eligible employees can expect to collect 30% of their covered weekly earnings for up to 13 weeks.

Employer Paid Dental/Vision

Top Shelf Collective offers paid dental and vision plans for eligible employees – that means no monthly premium for you and a small monthly premium for any dependants.

Stake in the Outcome

Top Shelf Collective participates in the Great Game of Business¬©, an open-book program designed to teach employees to think and act like owners. Each year, Top Shelf Collective releases a new bonus plan, Stake in the Outcome, that is largely affected by the company’s critical numbers. Employees can intentionally affect the financials and directly impact their Stake in the Outcome payout.

Employee Referral Bonus

We trust our employees and hope to continue to hire people with similar attributes. Employees who successfully refer candidates are eligible for a Referral Bonus that over time amounts to a cash bonus of $500.
