Meet December’s Employee of the Month, Rich! Rich has been working at TLS for well over a year managing events and marketing. He moved to Jackson in his early 20s and has been enjoying all of its amenities ever since.

Congratulations! Jim is our employee of the month. Just over a year ago Jim joined us part time from Chicago IL. Jim’s favorite thing about The Liquor Store is the people and specifically that management recognizes strengths of each employee and allows them the time and space to get things done. When Jim isn’t keeping track of inventory in the stock room or perfecting the stores appearance Jim enjoys hiking in the Tetons, road biking and spending time with his wife.
Meet Ashley! She joined almost a year ago and is crushing it. Part Time help to Sloshie Queen to employee of the month!! Ashley says her favorite part about TLS is the ambiance in the store and the ability to goof around with the staff! Congratulations Ashley! Enjoy your Cafe Genevieve Gift Card!
Catalin is our employee of the month! He won an extra 10% off in-store this month. Catalin joined us for the summer from Romania and has made quite the impression here! His favorite part about working here is “the staff, stuff, and everything. I really love it here”
Congratulations, Edwin, August’s Employee of the Month! Edwin has worked at TLS for over 6 years and currently holds the role of supervisor. He says his favorite part about working at TLS is the people and clients he works with. We are so grateful to have Edwin on our team and hope for many more years together!
Congrats Quentin Johnson, Top Shelf Collective’s Employee of the Month! Quentin joined the team last October as our Inventory Specialist. He says his favorite part about working for the collective is the people- specifically everyone’s ability to make work fun. When Quentin’s not working, you’ll likely find him outside with a good beer and a fishing rod.
Congrats to JT for being voted June’s Employee of the Month (it only took him 22 years to be voted in). Can you believe he’s been with TLS since the early 2000s?! JT is Wyoming born and raised and says he stays for the hunting. Be sure to stop in and say hi to JT next time you need a local’s recommendation!
Cheers to May’s Employee of the Month, Chad! Chad’s been with Top Shelf Collective for a year in June as the Group Business Development Manager. He says his favorite part about working here is the embodiment of Servant Leadership seen in Senior Management and he has enjoyed growing with them. Chad has spent many years living in Jackson Hole where he most enjoys the outdoors and mountain air. Stop by Jackson Hole Marketplace to say hi!
Congratulations Ying Ying, Top Shelf Collective’s April Employee of the Month! Ying Ying joined the TLS crew full-time in 2021 and quickly made a reputation for herself as a hard-working and friendly go-getter. She enjoys the flexibility of working the floor at The Liquor Store- she can be on the register when there’s a line or jump off and restock items in the store. Ying Ying was gunning for PTO and nailed it on the third spin! Thanks for choosing TLS as your employer!
Congratulations to Rod Dewar, Top Shelf Collective’s Employee of the Month for March! Rod has worked for Top Shelf Collective on and off over the last decade most recently as Assistant Warehouse Manager. He’s a full-time dog dad to the warehouse’s most recent mascot, Shorty. When Rod isn’t working, he enjoys long dog walks, taking pictures with the fork lift and getting outdoors.
February’s Top Shelf Collective employee of the month is Alex Tomlinson, the store manager and beer buyer for TLS! Alex has worked for TSC since 2013. He started out working the floor. As Alex would say, he’s a ski bum turned beer buyer whose found a career in the ski town he loves. Alex is a pleasure to work with. He’s incredibly reliable. He loves the staff and it shows through his embodiment of servant leadership.
Why does Alex loves working for TSC? Everyone’s sense of humor! We have a group of people with great sense of humor and he never goes a shift without laughing.
Our January employee of the month is…NATE MYLOTT! Originally from West Rutland, Vermont, Nate has lived in Jackson for 15 years (with 3 tours of duty since 1997) and has been working at TLS for 7 years! What’s his favorite wintertime drink? A healthy glass of North Phone Syrah. Thanks for everything you do, Nate!
